Sawjet is an advanced CNC intelligent cutting equipment currently for building decoration slabs in the world.
It is a new whole and combined design of saw blade and water jet. Two cutting methods can be used alternately and automatically. Cutting head of water jet can cut flexible corner and any curve. Cutting head of saw blade can cut smoothly with fast speed for straight, big arcs, chamfering and notch on slab surface. It greatly makes use of both advantages, for faster speed, better efficiency, lower cost and higher precision. Use automatic refueling control system to refuel regularly, for mechanical operation effectively and reduction of failure. Use double pneumatic cylinders for balance weight to control the Z axis lift and fall flexibly, reducing mechanical force, with good stability. Cutting head can be left/right rotary cutting ±185° , for circle, arcs, circular sector , straight line, curved line and other and irregular shapes. Two cutting heads of saw blade and water jet can be tilt cutting 0-48° alternatively. Vacuum lifter is optional. It is controlled by computer according to requirement. The spindle motor uses original imported products. The maximum speed is up to 6000rpm. Install dedicated camera to take photos of slabs, easy for positioning and shown by computer. Import them to software, move images and arrange them, for pattern matching and avoiding defects. Use Italian software. It can import CAD file for processing directly, being intelligentized and easy to operate. Control cabinet can be moved easily. With removable handheld controller, it’s easy for operation. Bottom frame is durable, processed by hot galvanized for rust protection, with a whole structure. -
