Model: CJ/CNC-2535 Axis Sawing Machine can be transverse, longitudinal, arc, ellipse, circle, arbitrary angle cutting, arc line cutting on surface, It cuts according to CAD file imported. Use automatic refueling control system to refuel in fixed time, for mechanical operation effectively and reduction of failure. Use double pneumatic cylinders for balance weight to control the Z axis lift and fall, which can reduce mechanical force, prolong lifespan, and improve the speed effectively. Cutting head can be left/right rotary cutting ±185° and tilt cutting 0-90° . It can be equipped with vacuum lifter at the back of spindle, for moving slab automatically. Water can flow out from center of spindle motor, for reducing tool wear and improving speed of drilling and milling. (Optional) The spindle motor uses original imported products. The maximum speed is up to 6000rpm. Install dedicated camera to take photos of slabs. Import them to software, move images and arrange them, for pattern matching and avoiding defects. (Optional) Use Italian software. It can import CAD file for processing directly, being intelligentized and easy to operate. With removable handheld controller, it’s easy for tool setting and operation. Use hot galvanized table and bottom frame for rust protection. -
