133L Large 3 Axis work center has functions of calibrating, drilling, edge milling molding, polishing, etc. Importing CAD files, it can process and change tools automatically, with fast movement and precise positioning. It can process the side edges of slabs, basin holes and curve shape edge. It is high precision and good polishing effect. The super large worktable of 4m*2.5m, can process special super large countertops, and also can process multiple slabs at the same time, reducing tool changing frequency. It can also process various irregular edge shapes on ceramics, sintered stone, quartz, microcrystalline stone, engineered stone, etc. Large worktable and large processing stroke can process special large slab whose size is less than 4m*2.5m, and process multiple slabs at the same time. Use automatic refueling control system to refuel regularly, for mechanical operation effectively and reduction of failure. Use double pneumatic cylinders for balance weight to control the Z axis lift and fall flexibly, reducing mechanical force, with good stability. Use oil cooler system for spindle, to improve its lifespan and stability. With oil temperature alarm, it is safe to protect the spindle. Water can flow out from center of spindle motor, for improving brightness of polishing and prolonging lifespan of tools. Use Italian software. It can import CAD file for processing directly, being intelligentized and easy to operate. Control cabinet can be moved easily. With removable handheld controller, it’s easy for operation. Bottom frame is durable, processed by hot galvanized for rust protection, with a whole structure. The tool magazine has 60 pieces of toolholders. -
