High Configuration Belt Sawing Machine (453C CNC 5 Axis）

Full automatic assembly line with sawing Machine 5 Axis of Belt Type conveys slabs automatically by belt, good for mass production. It gives assembly line processing mode with auto loading, photographing, layout, labeling, cutting, blowing and auto unloading. It improves capacity of production, as one work can operate machine and reduces labor cost. 5 Axis can cut any shapes and miter cut, fully meeting more processing requirements.
Use ball screw on X, Y, Z axis and drive by screw nut, with high precision, low failure, and easy maintenance.
X, Y, Z axis use precision linear slide guide rail with high positioning accuracy and low friction.
Use automatic refueling control system to refuel regularly, for protecting mechanical parts, reduction of failure and longer lifespan.
Use double pneumatic cylinders for balance weight to control the Z axis lift and fall flexibly, reducing mechanical force, with good stability. 
Cutting head can be left/right rotary cutting ±185° , for cutting circle, arcs, circular sector , straight line, curved line and other irregular shapes.
Cutting head can be tilt cutting 0-45°.
 
Cutting head is equipped with vacuum lifter, which can move slabs automatically and keep a safe distance among different cutting routes. It avoids overcut and saves materials.
Use robot for loading and unloading automatically, improving work conditions and efficiency. (optional)
Install dedicated camera to take photos of slabs. Import them to software, move images and arrange them, for pattern matching and avoiding defects.
Use imported automatically labeling machine. When process slabs, it labels according to drawing at the same time, saving much labor and space. (Optional)
Use Italian software. It can import CAD file for processing directly, being intelligentized and easy to operate.
Air blowing device is equipped for cleaning on the slab end.
Servo of Z Axis up and down controls cutting depth accurately. With optional function of saw blade diameter measuring, it can easily know the loss of blade and adjust timely, reduce belt loss to be lowest and prolong the lifespan. (Optional).
Control cabinet can be moved easily. With removable handheld controller, it’s easy for operation.
Bottom frame is durable, as a whole structure, and processed by hot galvanized for rust protection.
