263T of 5 Axis Sawing Machine with Double Worktables can make cutting and slabs loading/unloading to be at the same time. It has functions of transverse, longitudinal, arc, ellipse, circle, arbitrary angle cutting, irregular shape cutting, chamfering cutting, and arc line cutting on surface, It cuts easily according to CAD file imported. It improves production efficiency, processing quality, and reduces cost.
Worktable with two sides can rotate 180°. When slabs are processed on one side, unloading, loading, positioning can be done on the other side of worktable. It improves the production efficiency extremely.
Use automatic refueling control system to refuel regularly, for protecting mechanical parts effectively, reduction of failure and longer lifespan.
Use double pneumatic cylinders for balance weight to control the Z axis lift and fall flexibly, reducing mechanical force, with good stability.
Cutting head can be left/right rotary cutting ±185° , for circle, arcs, circular sector , straight line, curved line and other and irregular shapes cutting. It can be also tilt cutting 0-45°
Cutting head is equipped with vacuum lifter, which can move slabs automatically and keep a safe distance among different cutting routes. It avoids overcut and saves materials.
The spindle motor uses original imported products. The maximum speed is up to 6000rpm.
Use Italian software. It can import CAD file for processing directly, being intelligentized and easy to operate.
Control cabinet can be moved easily. With removable handheld controller, it’s easy for operation.
Bottom frame is durable, processed by hot galvanized for rust protection, with a whole structure.
