3 Axis work center has functions of milling, calibrating, molding, polishing, etc. It is controlled by computer automatically. Tool holders can be automatically changed and moved fast. It processes the side edges of slabs and basin holes. It can process for single piece, small or large amount with standard finished products. Only one person can operate the machine. It can process various shapes on ceramics, sintered stone, quartz, microcrystalline stone and other stones. It is a proper machine for enterprise to enhance market competitiveness.
Use automatic refueling control system to refuel in fixed time, for mechanical operation effectively and reduction of failure.
Use double pneumatic cylinders for balance weight to control the Z axis lift and fall, which can reduce mechanical force, prolong lifespan, and improve the speed effectively.
Use oil cooler system for spindle, to improve its lifespan and stability. With oil temperature alarm, it is safe to protect the spindle.
Water can flow out from center of spindle motor, for improving brightness of polishing and reducing tool wear.
Use Italian software. It can import CAD file for processing directly, being intelligentized and easy to operate.
With removable handheld controller, it’s easy for tool setting and operation.
Bottom frame is a whole structure for processing, so it is durable. It is hot galvanized for rust protection.
